I am looking to create a workflow that sends an email to any user that appears in a column called "Analyst". This column is a Choice dropdown type with a list of users. Because these users can change over time (newly added or removed), I wanted to know if it was possible to send an email to whichever user it's selected without having to create some if/else condition for each value in the dropdown list which creates a massive if/else condition workflow

What I am looking for is somewhat dynamic.
