I have a Visio 2016 installation that crashes any time I try to click the File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings.

When this happens, I receive a message "Visio stopped working" and it gives me two options: Close or Debug.

What's your detailed Visio 2016 version number? Please go to File > Account > About Visio to collect the build number.

Also confirm if the crash issue only happens when clicking Trust Center Settings. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select Visio 2016, click Change > Repair (Online Repair if you are using click-to-run version).
