Hi Team,

I am getting  below error 

Steps.1 On-premises migration from SP10 to SP13 to SP16.

Step.2 In SP16, Open Design Manager

Step.3 Click on Edit Master Pages-

Step.3 Click on Convert an HTML file to a SharePoint master page.

Get yello screen error

template '10002' is not installed in this farm.  The operation could not be completed)

Hi Alam,

Based on your error, i think some depending feature's are failed to open. so you need to find which feature causes the problem and activate it at your farm level.

Get-SPFeature -Identity f10fa067-3342-4d85-b5ac-92525d3491a7
