Hello this morning i saw on azure log that all vm on my company subscription, this night shutdown automatically at the same time and after two minutes came back up automatically. The event was initiated by this user id into the image attached:

The strange thing is that not all vm, after shutdown, came back up. 

how i can get the correct name? 

There was planned maintenance from microsoft? Region is west europe

Check the Service Health section in the portal. 

Go to the Health and Support blade in the portal and select Resource Health
