I'm working with a corporate version of Visio 2013 Pro and I'm trying to create DFD Processes that have two sections. One at the top for sequence numbering and the bottom section for process name. I'm not able to find this version of the Shape. I remember being able to accomplish this on a home machine. What could be the difference in the installations and how to I resolve it?

By "sequence numbering", do you mean the Number Shapes function on the View ribbon?  Or are you looking for a shape similar to the picture below? Please share a screenshot via OneDrive to clarify your query then we can help you better.
