Hi All,
I have a scenerio described below.

We have created a tool which creates a Publishing Site and a Publishing Subsite within it.

Now we a Content hub in which we have created our own content type(Document) and defined retention policy for that content type.

Now The problem is stated below :

Whenever the retention stae is reached the Workflow (SPD 2010 Workflow)gets started on the Site collection Level but not at the Subsite level.

When we see the Workflow screen the associations are shown but the workflow is never triggered.

Note : We have published the workflow globally.

Any Help would be appreciated.
