I don't have that model of video camera in house (I see you're using a Logitech HD Pro Webcam), but I'm using a Logitech Webcam Pro 9000 and failed to reproduce the problem.

May I know more about the PC on which the capture is taking place? Specifically what video card are you using and what is it's memory capacity?  What concerns me most is the output. Are you seeing only a portion of the captured video in the output archive / stream?
