I would like to create a client/server application written in .NET that can do the following:

On the server
1) Create a screen capture of a running application (video and audio)
2) In real-time, stream (broadcast) the capture out (If #1 is not possible, then just using a pre-captured file would be ok)

On the client
3) Create a .NET thick client to view the stream. (Without using windows media player, if possible.  I would like the client to be as generic as possible so it can be ported to windows mobile, etc...)

Are any of these 3 possible with the current version of EE?  Could someone comment on each and a general idea of how it would be accomplished?
