I have an i72600K on a Z68 motherboard, a discrete GPU has the video output, theoritically with the Lucid Virtu technology enabled I could use the intel GPU for QSV encoding, but EE4 (PRO SP2) don't detect any GPU supported.

As it's explained in the GPU white paper, make sure to install the driver directly from the Intel website. Some of the QSV components aren't installed with the basic driver installed by Windows Update.

Otherwise, I've been running EE4SP2 using Virtu "i" mode (using the Intel on-chip video output) for the last 6 months without a problem, and I suspect the other way around should work too, but I haven't actually tried. It might be worth trying in "i" mode just as a test.
